Passenger FAQs
Find quick answers about bookings, baggage, check-in, charters, and safari flights.
Baggage
Pack for the aircraft and the journey.
Baggage space is limited, especially on flights serving safari airstrips. Staying within the allowance helps protect the aircraft load plan and keeps departures running smoothly.
20 kg total allowance
Each passenger may carry up to 20 kg in total, including checked and hand baggage. Infants have a 10 kg allowance.
Keep cabin bags compact
Hand luggage must fit within 30 x 15 x 35 cm. Pack valuables, medication, and essential documents in a small secure bag.
Use soft-sided luggage
Soft bags are strongly recommended for safari flights because they fit more safely into the limited baggage compartments of light aircraft.
Arrange excess baggage early
Extra baggage is accepted only when aircraft capacity permits and may be charged. Contact us before departure for large or unusual items.
Check-in and Boarding
Arrive early and keep your documents ready.
Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. Plan to arrive at least 90 minutes early so there is enough time for document checks, baggage acceptance, and boarding.
Airport departures
Check-in closes 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
Airstrip departures
Check-in closes 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
Bring valid identification
Passenger names must match the booking. Carry a valid national ID or passport, your booking confirmation, and any documents required for your destination.

Plan around the realities of regional flying.
Weather, airstrip conditions, aircraft routing, and operational requirements can affect flight times. Reconfirm your arrangements and keep enough time between flights, road transfers, and lodge activities.
Confirm the exact airport, terminal, or safari airstrip shown on your booking.
Keep your phone number and email current so operational updates can reach you.
Allow time for transfers between lodges, hotels, airports, and remote airstrips.
Expect some safari services to include intermediate stops for other passengers.
Travel Documents
Check every passenger before departure.
Make sure each passenger name matches the identification used for travel. Name corrections may require assistance before check-in.
Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination records, and other entry or health documents required by their destination.
